• Experimental design and set-up for flow cytometry.

• Overview of BD FACS Lyrics flow cytometer.

Day 2

 |   9.00 am – 4.00 pm   |   Hands-on Session

Venue: CRL , PPSP

• Flow cytometer startup, maintenance, and quality control.

• Sample preparation and staining (Whole blood Immunophenotyping).

• Flow cytometer setup, optimization, data acquisition, and analysis.

• Discussion and troubleshooting.

• Flow cytometer shutdown and maintenance.
